Rather than let your home or condo sit for weeks or months, rather than having to pay the overhead and mortgage while you’re living elsewhere, your property can produce significant income, often enough to underwrite the entire year’s expense.
Our first step is to be sure your property fits the needs of our demanding clientele which are some of the finest quality people you’ll ever meet. As we are rather ‘picky’ about the properties we represent, we are equally ‘picky’ about whom we allow access to the property. Restrictions regarding smoking, pets, partying, and the number of people residing at a property are disclosed in advance and enforced.
You get your money immediately! As soon as the vacationers arrive at your property, all the money that is set aside for you is deposited into your bank account or paid to you directly.
We are not a rental management company. We merely assist you in finding potential renters, scheduling & qualifying them. To fully protect your home and its contents, we recommend that both a written and photo inventory be completed. Your renter will be required to sign-off on this inventory. Your homeowner’s insurance policy may require an inexpensive rider to further protect your interests. There may be restrictions in your community regarding short term rentals. Some communities require a minimum rental period of 30 days. Regardless, we’ll work with you to be sure we comply with any restrictions.
